HeroPath 2012 UK Workshops Announced

Dear {$username} How the unexpected is just a corner away. My wife and I were in the Midlands yesterday close to the boarding school, Abbots Bromley School for Girls, she attended as a young girl so she asked if I would like to visit and be shown where she got the scar on her knee. There were mixed feelings for her as we got nearer when drawing on the memories. We decided to have lunch at the Coach & Horses and was greeted by a young man in an empty room as we were early. He had plenty of time to talk on how he had been brought up in Abbots Bromley and how the school had changed and so had the festivals around Horn Dancing that Abbots Bromley has some fame for. He was an engaging and confident young man and in the conversation I asked where his future was? He began by saying he was a going to be a golf pro until an accident and now he had a stake in the Coach & Horses and was going to head to London soon to set up a pub/restaurant. He is 22 years old and at the age 17 he was in Kissimmee, Florida on track to becoming a golf pro, already with sponsorship. He returned to the UK for his 18th birthday and was out with some friends at a Birmingham nightspot when there was a fight between some youths that he and his friends were not involved. The owner of the nightspot came out and thinking he was involved sprayed mace in his face that blinded him in his right eye! That was a major setback for him and for many it would be devastating. What was evident for him that he had a new future that he said he really loved, not sorry for himself on the past events, and to GET that for anyone is a gift. It is an approach and attitude that we put attention to when delivering the Heropath for teen workshops and we are now pleased to let you know of the 2012 workshop dates.
